I was appalled by the cleanliness of the room. It was so filthy that we couldn’t even take a shower before our appointment. The staff was incredibly rude when we reported the issue, and instead of helping us, they threatened to call the police.

the bathroom was kinda filthy, and i reported some mold. but the friendly staff made check-in super quick! ! oh, also, the fridge was super handy for drinks, and it's a perfect spot to hit up local pubs.
